Please fill out the form below to let us know you will be participating in the Rosh Hashanah Celebration on Tuesday, September 23rd, 5:30-7PM:

• What: Shofar Blowing and Delicious Refreshments and Jewish Community Unity (regardless of affiliation)
• When: Tuesday. September 23rd, 5:30PM
• Subsequent Shofar Blowings: 6PM, 6:30PM, 7PM (Contact us if you need a different time to hear the Shofar)
• We will also have Shofar blowings on Tuesday September 23rd at Hooverwood at 8:30AM and at Gardens of Greenbriar on Wednesday, September 24th at 4PM. Please contact us (call/text (317) 698-6423) if you’d like to participate in these shofar blowings
• Where: 1112 Oakwood Trail, Indianapolis 46260
• Who: All Jewish Individuals and families ages 0-120
• Special Door Prize for all Children (or children at heart)
